Summer reading . . .

Monday . . . No school . . . didn't get to sleep in . . . left the house with lots of CHILDREN . . . went to do stuff that's educational . . . WHAT PART OF SUMMER VACATION AM I NOT GETTING? lol

Yesterday was actually alot of fun! We went with some friends and their children to the downtown library to get the information about the Summer Reading Program and to check out some books . . . ok . . . some isn't really an accurate description . . . try more like 25. My back still hurts from the book bag being so heavy. Poor little Wil was in the stroller and I packed the rest of the books on his legs. When I removed them he let out a huge *sigh*. lol When we were done we walked to Coney Island for some lunch. Later that evening, when Bryan got home from work, we went to Grandma Wigge's and let the kids (and Bryan) go swimming. Still a little too cold for me. It was a fun day and a great way to start out summer vacation.

Today though we must WORK. *ughh* So much has been neglected lately and we have alot of catch up to do. We need to finish our projects at home and we've got some going at my mom and dad's and Bryan's mom's house too. Ahhh, I suppose I must get going and get my 'chores' done. It's a beautiful day so go out and enjoy it!
